Job Accountabilities:
Support in coordinating a team of discipline engineers in the Mechanical, Piping, Material and Welding disciplines areas.
Support in allocating the engineering resources in his /her own competence areas.
Support in reviewing multi-discipline engineering deliverables submitted by Engineering contractors.
Support other department and coordinate engineering solutions as and when requested.
Monitor progress and performance of engineering Contractors for the competence areas, to ensure they are performing safely, within approved schedule, specifications, standards and quality process.
Act as a focal point and common interface for all engineering related issues in the areas of competence. Provide technical support; liaise with all relevant departments and company management to ensure proper coordination of engineering activities.
Monitor Contractors engineering and procurement activities are taking place as per approved procedure, specifications and documents.
Endorse and validate response to TQ, CRs, Technical notes, NCRs related to the Engineering scope (competence areas).
Develop PCNs, Technical Notes as and when required with the help of Discipline Engineers.
Guiding, mentoring and developing National employees.
Endorse progress report; certify invoices of the Contractors related to E&P activities, time sheets of engineering team.
Participate in Progress review meeting with Engineering Contractors.
Managing field changes, Site queries raised by Construction Contractors for his/her own competence areas.
Manage, Coordinate with company DCC team activities, distributions, and validate procedures etc.
Handle all issue /queries raised by other discipline engineers, Contractors and Operations.
Support in developing and management of PCNs.
Ensure the leadership in a team of multi -disciplined engineers in order to review, approve or issue drawings, technical specifications, TQ and SI as needed.
Maintain day to day SAP administration activities for the engineering resources in his/her own area.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:
University degree in engineering discipline.
A minimum of 6-8 years over all experience in Project Engineering, with minimum 5 years ’ experience in Oil & Gas.
Experience in design of Oil & Gas treatment plants and utilities in sour environment.

Full understanding of HSE importance in planning and executing projects, proactive approach to HSE issues and safety/hazard management.
Full understanding of importance in planning and executing projects
Ability to integrate into a team environment focusing on project deliverables completion.
Ability to liaise with equipment vendors and interface with in-house technical specialists and other engineering disciplines.
Ability to work effectively with engineering contractor and interface with Company specialists.
Proactive approach to decision process.
Proficient with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project)
