Requirements:
Mechanical engineering degree or relevant engineering;
8-10 years reliability related experience in either engineering or maintenance.
Proven Leadership skills in developing strategies to attain performance objectives. Coach and Lead team members to meet and/or exceed expectations.
Strong leadership and team building skills with proven track record in delivering business results. Self-motivator and ability to motivate others. Reinforces “can do” attitude.
Continual personal development of alternative skills and qualifications is expected.
Solid experience in Reliability and Integrity Management systems and analysis (ORIP, RCA, RCM, RRM/PMO, OE etc) application experience and strong facilitation skills are essential.
Experience using Reliability tools such as Pareto analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) preferred.
SAP PM, M&I measures dashboard, as it applies to the requirements of the position.
Experience of managing change.
Working knowledge of Asset Maintenance & Integrity standards and practices

Responsibilities:
Lead the Reliability team, building a high performance team that is well prepared and engaged to effectively carry out duties to improve facility reliability, improve safety performance and lower operational risk / costs.
Lead Condition Based Monitoring team (CBM) both office and site personnel to support maintenance and integrity management of equipment and systems both on and offshore.
Manage best in class Condition Monitoring techniques implementation for Kashagan project.
Ensure integrity of equipment is maintained and improved through Reliability Group programs and procedures. Monitor effectiveness of programs and procedures and revise as required.
Accountable for implementation of ORIP process for Kashagan project;
Ensure the development and deployment of Bad actor management process.
Manage reliability / integrity based programs and work practices development as necessary that support safe and reliable production, ensuring compliance with site standards
Provide timely input to the Maintenance manager for the purposes of performance management, succession and workforce planning.
Ensure coordination of the cross-functional team activities to analyze reliability issues and recommend solutions to continually improve facility reliability.
Develop objectives for short-term tasks based on Company top priorities and participate in strategic planning for longer-term goals for the department
Ensure the preventive maintenance strategies are optimized and up to dated;
Provide reliability and maintenance input to guide prioritization of issues and development of engineering change.
