Requirements:
- Engineering technical qualification, HNC or suitably supplemented by experience if less.
- 6-8 years of experience. Seasoned professional whose specialized skills and knowledge have been supplemented by substantial, applicable work experience in a complex field. Provide technical leadership and guidance to other specialists.
- The job requires the ability to select, develop and assess the applicability of methods not just capable application of those methods.
- At this level jobs are not covered by defined procedures, only the objectives are defined.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the Project Completion System Custodian responsible for the upload/accuracy of system data provided by Engineering and others, to ensure correct functionality to achieve Project requirements.
- To ensure accurate and correct reporting data produced from the Project Completion Database, develop the necessary reporting structure to meet Project requirements and ensuring regular status reports issued EP Onshore Project departments as and when required.
- Act as the Project Punch list Coordinator.
- To provide the necessary Coordination for Turnover activities related to Mechanical Completion, Pre- Commissioning & Commissioning SoW through all Project phases and final handover to Start Up and Operation (SU&O) of the facility.
- Develop the Handover structure to be utilized by Execution Contractors and EP Onshore Project teams to achieve facility Handover to Start Up and Operation (SU&O) as per schedule requirements.
- To ensure the correct Turnover and Punchlist Project Procedures are developed and implemented to assist in the timely handover of Sub Systems/Commissioning Units of the facilities.
