Requirements:

 Higher education in English linguistics or accounting or economics (incomplete at the minimum).
 Around one year of administrative, clerical or similar work experience (recordkeeping practices, dealing with audit paper work, work with database, maintenance of filling system etc.).
Required Competences:
The job holder must have proven:
 Knowledge of clerical office practices and procedures and their interpretation and application within limits of authority.
 General IT literacy (use of standard office equipment, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook at user level).
 Knowledge of SAP Focal Point menu at user level. Ability to work with SAP and JDE Tax Accountant menu is preferable.
 Good verbal and written communication skills, having fluency in Russian and English, knowledge of Kazakh is preferable.
 Organizational abilities.
 Good interpersonal and effective business communication skills.
 Ability to work in team.
 Accuracy and attention to details.

Responsibilities:

The job holder’s responsibilities include the following:
 Preparation of various documents (certificates of residency, copies of foundation documents of non resident suppliers, copies of land lease agreements etc.), including their collection, copying, scanning, arrangement of translation and notarization etc.
 Support to Tax Accounting Group with:
 preparation of statutory reports /returns and their filing with the authorities.
 tax reconciliation with the authorities.
 receipt/delivery various documents from/to various authorities.
 Preparation of various tax and tax related accounting data from primary documents, JDE, SAP, professional literature, Internet and other sources of information.
 Organizational coordination of internal and external audits etc. including first check of audit commencement and audit completion document (prescription, requisition, act, assessment notification etc.), maintenance of register of requisitions/information provision as well as information handover/acceptance acts.
 Document management including sorting incoming correspondence, arrangement of delivery of outgoing correspondence, hard and soft filing various documents.
 Ordering professional subscription and literature.
 Office management including ordering stationery supplies, office equipment including its repairs, provision of transport for staff.
 Coordination of various ICT, JDE, SAP etc. requests raised by Tax Accounting Group members and their implementation.
 Agenda maintenance including scheduling of meetings, confirmation of attendance, facilities, date and time as well as greet and assist visitors (auditors, contractors etc.), ordering/extending badges.
 Answering general phone queries.
 Control over filing various internal HR related documents and information related to Tax Accounting Group members such as monthly timesheets, leave application forms, whereabouts etc.
 Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
