Requirements:
Experience in major complex Oil and Gas Projects (5 years) in an appropriate discipline.
Previous experience on Senior level preferred.
University Degree in relevant area (Engineering degree preferred).
Experience in preparing and executing control procedures for both cost and planning.
Experience in execution Project for production start-up.
Familiar to report and having appropriate communication with senior/general managers.
Required Competences:
The job holder must have proven:
Familiar with both Project and Company contract and finance procedures.
Knowledge of computer based planning tools, e.g. MS Project / Primavera P6 including Microsoft suite e.g.
Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Familiar with planning probabilistic and associated software.
Ability to work without supervision.
Ability to initiate and promote the discipline of cost/planning with other engineering/operations departments.
Ability to prepare strategy plans to ensure that the planning tools are capable of meeting the company's business needs.
Ability to assist in management reviews of existing Appraisal work activities.
Ability to create/update planning estimating/control methods and procedures to reflect the latest engineering and Project Execution philosophies.
Familiar with the requirements and structure of Integrated Planning.
Fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
To provide a full planning, work management and analysis of the offshore activities and contracts related, ensuring quality and accuracy of project master schedule.
To ensure plans are tracked and reported. Highlighting and offering solutions to problems.
Responsible for the accuracy and regularity of project progress analysis according to project procedures highlight deviations to project management through regular progress reports.
Maintain all plans in readiness for weekly/monthly reporting.
Responsible in the development and maintaining of the department budget cost estimates.
Responsible to review project plan and work schedule provided by contractors.
Responsible to review all the procedures developed by contractors in measuring the progress of the work.
Responsible to analyse and update critical path of the project schedule based on the latest information, proposing solution to the mitigate risk on schedule.
Preparing and keeping updated the Risk Register and other project registers.
Ensure that all interfaces are identified, agreed and reviewed on a daily/weekly basis.
Ensure that all short term critical tasks are reviewed on a daily/weekly basis.
