Requirements:

• University degree on technical or mechanical subject.
• Basic knowledge of drilling operations and all associated materials and equipment.
• At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry.

Required Competences:

• Adequate analytical approach to the problem solving.
• Very good oral presentation and written communication skills in English. Must be able to communicate efficiently with various operational units and with a variety of nationalities and educational levels.
• Skilled PC user, competent with MS Office.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Supervision and management of the NCOC N.V Call off database.
• Ensuring that proper instructions on usage are produced and are strictly adhered too with respect to input of material descriptions, cataloguing and tracking.
• Responsible to generate all Call Off documentation for materials and Service personnel travelling to and from the rig and issue these for action after consultation and approval with the relevant Drilling Superintendent.
• Coordinate the call off flow process and expedite the required and contractual delivery dates of new equipment per operational schedules.
• Cooperate with Drilling material management specialists to maintain up-to-date supplier’s database.
• Utilize O.M.T.S. and SAP for material management purposes.
• Responsible to monitor the Activity Schedules Changes and update the Materials and Equipment Allocation Plan.
• Responsible to cooperate with QA/QC to assure all documentation from contractors has been received and is properly stored in the dedicated Share point folder.
• Responsible to liaise with Bautino Materials Management group and Supply Chain Management group to monitor equipment deliveries to Bautino Warehouse.
• Attend and participate contractor’s monthly contractual meetings.
• In cooperation with Material Specialist, identify and any potential critical situation in term of material availability in time and possibility of changes in the original equipment allocation/ configuration.
• The candidate will have regular contacts within equipment suppliers (drilling and completion and testing) and local contractors.
• Responsible to monitor the correct workflow of the equipment repairs process both in country and abroad.
• Responsible to organize the internal document flow between material and equipment and QA/QC department.
