Requirements:
- The job holder must possess a suitable Science or Engineering degree, and have at least 3 years’ experience in exploration or production business units.
- Must possess or have commenced study for C&WI Round I and 2.
Required Competences:
The job holder must have proven:
- Knowledge in well operations and interventions: - wireline, well testing, well maintenance, stimulation.
- Production operations awareness.
- The experience to contribute to the production of Well Service documentation, guidelines and procedures.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to decision making process.
- Self starter who is able to effectively set and deliver against their own as well as the Groups priorities within the context of the current and planned workload.
- Good communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to make presentations and write effective reports.
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment communicate, understand and work with the dynamics of a multifunctional, multi-cultural and multi-location environment, work co-operatively with others.
Responsibilities:
- The job holder is responsible for:
- Maintain Well Intervention IT applications e.g. eWIM’s, FSR, eMOC, PCN’s, SAP Blueprint, EDM etc.
- Assess the integrity of existing wells and develop remedial action plans where necessary.
- Supporting specific capabilities to acquire the required well surveillance data (e.g. PLTs).
- Participate in Threats and Opportunity sessions.
- Maintain cost tracking sheets.
- Establish Lateral Learning database.
- Supporting and contributing to the Well Delivery process.
- Support C&WI in the development of wells completion design.
- Support to introduce new technology to improve well design and LWI intervention operations in order to maximise the well production and improve the economics.
- Support in defining completion and work-over programs and requirements to maximize production ensuring technical quality and cost effectiveness of the solution adopted.
- Keeping abreast of the evolution in the C&WI engineering field, with reference to techniques and equipment, in order to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Developing and justifying eMOC, PCNs related to the C&WI business.
- Assist in development of Well Interventions CMS.
- Participate in RCA
- Support Contract management.
