Requirements:
· Engineering degree
· Not less than 10 years of field operations or maintenance experience, including turnaround out of which 3 years in a supervisory role
· Proven hands on background in OR&A process including Completion implementation
· Documented, hands on experience in Commissioning & start up
· Assessed knowledge of Company facilities on and offshore
· Well-developed written and spoken English language skills
· Knowledge of the Project Management manual is a plus

Responsibilities:
· Develop the Project Operations Readiness & Assurance (OR&A) plan(s) and lead through implementation
· Develop and manage PtO (Project to Operations) handover process from Mechanical Completion all the way to RFSU/SoF
· Act as field main interface between Project team(s) and POD on anything related to OR&A/CSU during Project phase
· Provide Operations input into the review of engineering documents such as engineering drawings, concept study report, etc.
· Provide support and Project specific operations input into Project(s) activities including HAZOP’S, HAZID’S, QRA, RAM, 3D Model Workshops, SILs, FATs, SATs, SPO and operational reviews,
· Support and provide Project specific operations input into Project(s) design and construction events such as IPRs, pre-Feed/FEED, commissioning, etc,
· Develop/update and take ownership of the operations& maintenance philosophy (using as basis the existing Company Operations & Maintenance procedure)
· Participate in the project(s) evaluation reviews relevant to each project definition phase, including preparation of deliverables and follow-up of recommendations.
· Work alongside the CSU teams providing input into the development of the Completion, CSU philosophy/procedures, and plans and follow them through to implementation
· Coordinate the Project assurance events like PSUR, PSSR/PSUA and coordinate findings close out with key stakeholders
· Develop OR&A KPIs and progress reporting tools and trackers. Act as focal for data collection and progress reports preparation.
· Responsible to identify and consolidate all of the operating mode requirements for the project by engaging various parties from operations, maintenance, process, discipline engineers, commissioning and start-up team. Responsible for incorporating the operating modes within design and subjected to respective mode assurance process (OMAR).
· Coordinate Operating Modes Assurance Review process (OMAR) and coordinate the close out of the identified actions.
· Focal point for collecting/keeping up to date the OR&A progress reporting tools/trackers against the agreed KPIs
· Develop activity based OPEX estimation for project life cycle for a given concept and take ownership to pass SME review. To work closely with the local content department to estimate the local content OPEX level in the estimate.
· Mentor/Coach national staff to support DHK development program.
