Job Accountabilities: ·         Leading the identification and adoption of appropriate civil engineering standards, with main consideration of Ka- zakhstan national standards and norms. ·         Provide technical expertise and support for procurement, construction and commissioning, ensuring the quality and cost control of the works according to the contracts requirements. ·         To review the Contractors design documents related to civil engineering. ·         To assure the design is in line with the Company’s specification and in compliance with applicable standards and codes. ·         To interface with the others engineering disciplines to properly and timely develop the projects ·         To manage and approve the site design changes originated by construction/installation reasons. ·         To complete the Contractors’ detailed design review and develop additional site engineering as the case could be. ·         To verify and manage the interface engineering of the packages designed by the different Contractors. ·         To support the Technical Services Team Lead (CSA/EIT) in processing from the technical point of view Tech- nical Queries (TQs), Concession Requests (CRs), Project Change Notices (PCNs) and Claims. ·         To verify the availability of AFC drawings in order not to jeopardize the sequence of the construction activities as scheduled. ·         To assist the construction team to achieve the project technical requirements. ·         To verify the completeness and correctness of the AS BUILT drawings and manage all the final project docu- mentation to ensure the ultimate handover to NCOC N.V. operations. ·         To ensure the development of local capabilities and provide on-job training of the assigned resources. ·         To supervise and coordinate the civil engineering activities in accordance with budget, schedule and quality standards. ·         To support the Technical Services Team Lead (CSA/EIT) by supervising, reporting and updating on all the tech- nical aspects of civil engineering activities. Qualification & Experience Requirements: ·         Bachelor degree or higher in Civil Engineering or equivalent ·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry both onshore and offshore ·         Experience in front end engineering, detailed design, delivery and operation. ·         Experience in the design and operation of high H2S content facilities with stringent requirements in terms of HSSE. ·         Prior experience in major complex project is beneficial. 5/2 Atyrau CV Send Адрес электронной почты защищен от спам-ботов.
