Requirements:
General knowledge of HSE requirements provided by Company
Minimum of 2 year experience in Oil and Gas Industry (preferable)
Relevant University degree
Good communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken, in English.
Computer literate on Microsoft programs: MS Outlook, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to work in an international and diverse environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordination and monitoring of CEPR related actions reflected in SIGEP
Provide support with IMT exercise (Level 2, Level 3) preparation and implementation
Assist C&ER Coordinator with CMT exercise preparation and implementation
Support managing and potential modifications of the response rooms including the back-ups to ensure the specification requirements are met
Support of C&EM Team with IMT, CMT training preparations, documentation development, preparation of the response facility and readiness of the required documentation, forms and maps
Participate in periodic HSSE Operations Integrity Assurance Meetings as a focal point for CEPR Business Process
Track the actions from assurance reviews and actions from exercises and follow up with quality verification of the closed actions
Ensure CEPR Business Process health status and its KPIs are updated and their status is shared on time for OIC and other required meetings
Development (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) of reports on CEPR Business Process and timely submission to the interested groups
Ensure timely close out of CEPR related RoK Correspondence and support Civil Defense Coordinator with the development of official letters to RoK bodies
Maintain and ensure CEPR Documentation Library is up to date and hard copies are available in the response facilities
Maintain IMT/CMT Duty Roster and periodic update on the Master list
Administration of the Emergency Response Software such as WebIAP, Mass Notification System, etc.
Ensure full administration support is provided to C&EM Team regarding visitor access, training invites, etc.
