Job Accountabilities:

Provide the professional support to Helicopter flights activity

Perform helipad/helideck inspections

Ensure that appropriate checks and arrangements have been done at Boloshakor Samal helipads and it available to receive the aircraft.

Monitor at Airport Terminal Area the passengers scheduled on helicopter flights.

Check the validity of HSE requirements for passengers in accordance with Company Policy (Company Offshore Passport).

Follow and assist the passengers and paramedics throughout check-in, security checks, transfer to lounge, safety briefing, pre-flight operations (donning Survival Suits, additional Company database check-in, wearing safety equipment, etc), helicopter boarding.

Monitor Contractor’s personnel for implementation of appropriate Company procedures and policies. 
Assist Head of Aviation and Helicopters Flight Admin in co-ordinating and monitoring instant changes of the helicopters movements. In particular, weather conditions, flight planning, weight and balance, passengers and cargo loading.

Monitor and report helicopters’ take-off and landings, in addition to any other significant event, such as delays, denied boarding to passengers, rejected cargo.

Assist Head of Aviation in gathering & tracking of statistical information regarding helicopter flight hours, passenger and freight movements.

Liaise with the Atyrau Airport management and it’s departments in respect of Regular Helicopter Services and Emergency Medical Evacuation.

Act to instruction from the EC in case an Emergency Medical Evacuation is requested.

Coordinate aviation resources and assets involved in Emergency Medical Evacuation.

Support and participate in Emergency Drills and Exercises as required;

Report all accidents/ Incidents and Unsafe Acts/ Conditions in a timely manner.

Qualification & Experience  Requirements:
Degree in Aviation or aviation training course

6-8 years of experince in aviation organization

Commercial Air Transport Regulations (ICAO)

Company Aviation Manual

Aviation Safety

Fluent in English, spoken and written

Skilled PC user  (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel,  Internet)
