Job Accountabilities:
HSSE leadership in managing HSSE performance of contractors and subcontractors involved in Bundle 1 Project. Ensure compliance with Project HSSE assurance requirements and audits in line with NDD project assurance processes
Accountable for delivering RGI upgrade scope of the Bundle 1 project on time and within budget. The scope covers: for both RGI trains ' Replacement of 1st, 2nd and 3rd stage compressors with new cassettes of upgraded impellers and bundle design; replacement of interfacing process piping, nozzles, anti-surge valves,
etc. Site activities at RGI modules to execute early works to arrange work site infrastructure and improve access for construction contractor(s) to work safe while the other part of the offshore complex is operational;
Update to Compressor Centre Control (CCC) software.
Manage the RGI Upgrade Contractors during the DEFINE and EXECUTE phases of the project. Establish relationships with Contractor leadership in order to create the environment where contractors deliver HSSE, quality, cost and production performance.
Implement the overall Project Execution Plan and associated assurance activities to ensure that project
execution and delivery will progress smoothly, and controlled, during DEFINE and EXECUTE phase.
Accountable for managing the WP specific risks, in accordance with Risk management procedure.
Accountable for Management of Change of WP scope, in accordance with MoC management procedure.
Work closely together with other Bundle 1 Work Package Team Leads, construction- and commissioning teams to accomplish the overall project objective to meet the 2022 RFSU target.
Provide support and input to other managers tasked with delivering specific functions within Bundle 1 e.g.
Engineering, OR&A, Business Services.
Support the Implementation of the Company Project Management System for the Project.
Support the local content & nationalization agenda.
Support competency development of junior and local engineers in Project Delivery organization
Support the broadening of the contracting community and the capability improvement of local contractors servicing Project.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
Higher professional education (at least BS) and adequate qualification & construction experience in Oil & Gas industry.
Significant field experience gathered from different locations, minimum 6-8+ year’s relevant experience, including 5 years in a leading role on brown field construction projects.
Experience with compressor upgrade and installation projects
Passion for HSSE & demonstrated HSSE leadership and HSSE performance delivery
Passion for competency development, mentoring and local content/nationalization.
Ideally incumbent must have worked for an (EPC) contractor in a field management capacity to fully understand the reality of project execution. NOV experience is a must.
Commercial and contractual acumen: familiar with execution & contracting strategies and post award contract experience (contract management, claim mitigation negotiation, contract close out) Experience of driving business improvement in projects
Demonstrated skills in project management systems and intent based project assurance.

Extensive knowledge and experience in tenders and contracts.
Good knowledge of the RoK design and construction code
Good knowledge of International construction standards, best practices, systems, and an established network to call upon and deploy this knowledge within Kazakhstan.
PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
