Job Accountabilities:
The job holder is responsible for:
As a main point of communication for the organisation through the use of telephone, fax and mail, this position is responsible for the following:
Dealing with all telephone calls which come through reception, in a timely and pleasant manner, relaying telephone messages, in order of priority, to the appropriate members of staff by telephone or mobile phone.
Acknowledging visitors immediately they enter the reception area, receive them in a courteous manner and ensure all visitors are registered and issued with a security pass. Advise individuals that their visitors have arrived to allow employees to collect the visitors at their convenience, or show them to the relevant floor to be collected.
Pick up mail & pass it to Mail Room
Register in the provided software all visitors and temporary badge
Site keys management (where applicable)
Put updates into phonebook
Prepare Daily badges report in proper manner
Carrying out collation, composition and distribution of the Company (Atyrau/Bautino) weekly “Whereabouts” and monthly Telephone lists
Providing assistance as required with general administration duties, and as required with typing, photocopying, co-ordination of travel arrangements.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:
Good level of general education of at least secondary grades, with an ability to communicate in English,
At least 1 (one) year experience in an office or similar environment dealing with people, effective verbal and listening communications skills.

Required Competences:
Skills as a team player with open & direct communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service focus with an awareness of your impact on the customer experience
Strong communication skills in person and on the telephone – with customers, managers & team
Strong ability with Microsoft Office – WORD & EXEL particularly
Able to work in a team, but also on own initiative.
Flexible, committed and punctual
Able to stay calm and friendly under pressure in a busy environment.
Ability to present an efficient and amicable corporate image when dealing with visitors
Ability to take a responsible attitude towards own work environment
Familiarity with general office admin and security procedures, and with Company telephone and radio systems
Ability to use Company administrative IT systems, and telecom equipment above average competence in English Language, both oral and written.
