Head of Human Resources and Administration Department

Demesinova Lyazzat Amankosovna graduated from the Atyrau State University named after Khalel Dosmukhamedov with a degree in Translation.

Lyazzat has been working at Kaz Project Operating since 2011. She began her career as a trilingual translator who is fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English. In addition to translation, Lyazzat coordinated the notarization of documents of foreign employees and participated in the preparation of tender documents in three languages.

Showing her leadership qualities, Lyazzat continued her career in the HR department, leading projects at Damu Qurylys Group LLP, Maxwell Energy, Munai Tas, Oil Services Company, and then successfully managed several major projects at the same time, including NCOC's Fire Rescue Safety and a project at Sarens Kazakhstan LLP. Lyazzat currently serves as Head of Human Resources and Administration, responsible for managing the department, developing and implementing HR policies, managing human resources, and liaising with customers, clients, and government agencies.

In addition, Lyazzat actively implements modern approaches to HR work, optimizing processes and increasing team efficiency.
