Chief Recruitment Specialist
Darkhan joined to the “Kaz Project Operating” team in 2014. He conducts recruitment campaigns for various projects of the Company, selecting the most suitable candidates for certain vacancies. He also conducts salary market research, screening and preliminary interview for candidates; organizes and helps to candidates in preparing to interview with the employer.
Before joining in our company Darkhan was working as a HR Specialist in “Fircroft Engineering Services Limited” Company, Uralsk.
Qualification, Belonging to Professional Organizations and Knowledge of Languages:
West-Kazakhstan Engineering and Humanitarian University, specialty: Standardization, certification and metrology.
