Sharbanu joined the team in October 2025, starting her career as an administrator. Currently, she oversees the Development Bank of Kazakhstan project, ensuring the effective implementation of personnel policy. She is studying for a master's degree in Oil and Gas Engineering. Graduated from Atyrau University of Oil and Gas named after Safi Utebayev, as well as APEC Petrotechnic.

As part of her academic mobility, she studied at the Baku Higher School of Petroleum with a degree in Oil and Gas Engineering and completed an internship at SOCAR in Baku, Azerbaijan. 

She is fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English.
