HR Inspector

Aidana joined the team in August 2025 and works as a Human Resources Inspector. She began her work in the company with the project of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC, successfully completing this project.

Currently, the project is supervised by Sarens Kazakhstan LLP, ensuring an effective personnel policy of the company. Prior to joining the company's team, she gained experience in the organizations "KMGProject" and "Atyrau Music College "Academy of Folk Music named after Dina Nurpeisova" in the field of personnel administration and document management.

Qualifications and skills:

Aidana Salikhova graduated from the Atyrau University of Oil and Gas with a degree in Marine Engineering and Technology. 

She is fluent in Kazakh, English and Russian. In her free time, she enjoys reading books and developing his own entrepreneurial projects.
