Recruitment Specialist

Almira joined the team in 2025 as a Recruiter, with experience in contract support, procurement and supplier relations. Prior to starting work in the current direction, she worked in the commercial divisions of Munai Gas Engineering LLP and KIOS2 LLP, where she was engaged in contract support, participation in tender procedures, as well as procurement and interaction with suppliers and partners.

As part of her work, Almira monitored commercial and public procurement, prepared and submitted applications for participation in tenders, as well as supported contracts for the supply of goods, works and services. Previous work experience included document management, supplier search and evaluation, contract approval, and project reporting.

Knowledge of procurement processes, contract support and interaction with suppliers allows Almira to work effectively with business documentation, coordinate processes and build professional communication with candidates.

Qualifications, Membership in Professional Organizations, and Language Proficiency: Eurasian Technological University.

Almira speaks Kazakh at her native level, speaks Russian fluently and has a B1 English level.
