Key Account Manager

Kuanysh joined KPOL team in 2017.

Currently, he participates in projects for KPO B.V.; is involved in the development and maintenance of strong relationships with contract holders, monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations, in the processes of employing new staff, in matters of labor relations with employees, providing contracts and information to employees.

Prior to joining our team Kuanysh worked as Manager in banking institutions, was engaged in consulting on company services, evaluation and checking of clients paying capacity, execution of sales plan, planning and fulfilment of actions aimed at long collaboration with client. Also worked as Traffic controller in transport company, organized and controlled work of drivers on-line and their execution of shift plan and transportation tasks. Fiiled, issued and accepted trip tickets and other documents reflecting work done by drivers checking their correctness.

Bachelor in Finances, Eurasian Academy AT&SO, Uralsk

Trainings "Own life autor", "Client oriented services.

Kuanysh is fluent in Russian and Kazakh, also has basic knowledge of English.
