Recruitment Specialist 

Baurzhan joined our team, having a multidisciplinary experience in the legal field. Prior to joining the field of personnel selection, his professional activity was associated with "Batys Su Arnasy" LLP, a large urban enterprise with an extensive structure and large—scale production facilities located in various districts of the city of Uralsk. As part of his work, Baurzhan provided legal support for the company's activities, including issues of labor and administrative law, contractual work, as well as interaction with regulatory authorities. The experience gained, combined with a deep understanding of internal business processes, allows Baurzhan to successfully implement himself in the field of recruiting. His strong point is the ability to accurately assess candidates' professional competencies and their compliance with the corporate culture and strategic goals of the client company. He feels especially confident in the selection of specialists in the fields of law, finance, administration and production management.
