Recruitment Specialist 

Aigerim joined KPOL team in 2014. Aigerim involved in recruitment process of the best professionals in the field bringing the value to the company’s clients. She also conducts salary market research, selection and pre-interviews for candidates; organizes the placement of vacancy announcements and assists candidates in preparing for an interview with an employer.

Prior to joining KPOL, Aigerim was working as an Administrator in other companies.

Educational Qualification & Affiliations & Language Skills:

- Bachelor's degree, West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology, Academic degree, Computer Engineering and Software.
- Programmer, Software computer Technology and Automated systems, Uralsk, College of Economics and Information Technology.
- Certificate of Programmer.
- Aigerim is fluent in Russian and Kazakh and has a basic knowledge of English.
