Recruitment Specialist 

Akhan joined our team with extensive experience in the commercial sector, including the oil and gas and refining industries. Prior to starting his career in the field of recruiting, he worked in the commercial departments of companies such as JSC "Condensate", LLP "Condensate – AZS" and LLP "Batys Arna", where he dealt with issues of procurement, sales, interaction with customers, suppliers and partners.

Knowledge of the commercial specifics of various industries, including oil and gas, oil refining, allows Akhan to effectively select candidates, taking into account not only professional requirements, but also the specifics of the customer's corporate culture.
