Inspector of the HR Department

Aidana joined the Kaz Project Operating team in 2023. She started her career in the company as an office manager and was promoted to a Junior Specialist in the Human Resources Department. She helped lead the NCOC FRS project. Now she is successfully leading the KMG EP-Catering project together with Project Manager Asel Sarkulova.

Since November 2023, Aidana has been appointed as an Inspector of the Human Resources Department of Kaz Project Operating.

Qualifications, Membership in Professional Organizations and Knowledge of Languages:

Aybarkyzy Aydana graduated with honors from Satpayev University in Almaty, received a bachelor's degree in Geological Exploration and Oil and Gas Engineering.

Aidana is fluent in Russian, Kazakh and English. Aidana's favorite hobbies are reading books, relaxing and traveling.
