Human Resources Inspector

Joined the Kaz Project Operating team in April 2023.
The HR inspector participates in a project to provide local personnel to KPO B.V. The responsibilities include personnel administration – drafting orders, employment contracts and additional agreements to it, formation of personal files, etc.

Qualification, Membership in Professional Organizations and Knowledge of Languages:
2018-2022. studied at the West Kazakhstan Agrarian Technical University named afterZhangir Khan. Specialty: Oil and gas business.
In September 2022, she started working in Kaz Project Operating LLP for youth practice. In April 2023, she began her work in the company as an Assistant to a specialist in the human resources department.

Aruzhan speaks Kazakh, Russian perfectly, and also has basic knowledge of English.
