Job Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of operational, strategic workforce planning derived from understood business drivers and organizational design in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and common practices;
Aggregate forecast information into a comprehensive document to be published with senior leadership for headcount, budget, and capacity planning purposes;
Provide analysis and recommendations to improve staffing levels and efficiency;
Maintain staffing and headcount records and provide inputs for development of recruitment, succession / nationalization and budget plans ;
Analyzes and clearly presents data and other information to identify significant trends or key issues, provides
recommendations and makes presentations on trends, forecasts, supplies, predicts future potentials;
Verify personnel requisition requests and personnel movements in case of deviation from approved of workforce
planning;
Assure effective planning activities to streamline business processes by ensuring accurate HR data reporting;
Ensure the continuous monitoring, assessment and improvement of workforce planning process / sub-processes and s ys tems to res pond to the Company’s bus iness needs to achieve the goals and objectives set;
Consult with HRMs, senior business leaders & other key stakeholders to perform periodic workforce planning needs analyses;
Develop measures, benchmarks, or scorecards to monitor the effectiveness of HR business processes and systems and apply these measures to drive progress in HR processes ownership and management;
Act as a key point for personnel movements and personnel requisitions process;
Ensure compiling electronic and paper records for audit purposes;
Be the link among key areas to ensure data and process flow – Positions, Vacancies, Applications, Employees, Assignments;
Maintain the Workforce planning database, tracking the paperwork for all personnel movements, personnel
requisitions and workforce planning and organizational design changes;
Provide workforce planning data for statistical reports on single, weekly and monthly bases to HR Management and other Departments upon requirement;
Provide accurate workforce planning related data in required reporting templates on a s ingle, monthly, early basis to internal and external stakeholders on a timely basis;
Contributes to the design and delivery of organizational design and development strategies, which are aligned to the business strategy, supporting plans, providing information, guidance and services as required;
Develops recommendations on appropriate quality assurance and governance mechanisms in support of organization redesign, if or when required by the business need;
Works closely with relevant HR teams to ensure they are able to work in accordance with documented approach of organization redesign;

Identifies and utilizes appropriate diagnostic tools and effectively analyze the resulting quantitative and qualitative
data of possible organizational changes;
Provides general support for the implementation of project activities to deliver appropriate organizational design
and development solutions for specific business areas and/or across Company;
Provides workforce planning and organizational design support and education to business lines;
Be responsible for continuous improvement of workforce planning, organizational design and position
management processes in order to meet business needs and organizational model and management system;
Track and keep all information in confidential manner.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:
The job holder must have
Level II
Minimum 3 year-experience in Human Resources or Business Analysis role, including experience in managing data and targets or equivalent professional training; relevant experience in understanding People data analysis and reporting;
Professional degree: Behavioral Science, Science of Law, Economical, Engineering, Technical, ICT or Data Management disciplines are preferable;
Knowledge of areas of managing information systems;
Possible certification in Data analytics and Data visualization.

Good written and spoken English and Russian, Kazakh is a bonus.
