Qualification & Experience Requirements:
Level II:
 University education with at least 3 years’ experience working in a large international petroleum company
(ies) with good knowledge of training principles and a minimum of 1 years HR/Training experience.
Experienced in analyzing and solving problems on all organizational levels
 Experienced to work across multiple stakeholder groups/cultures and build/sustain credibility.
Experience to deal with all levels of staff and management and a wide variety of issues within guidelines
and policies (and where appropriate with guidance of the HR Manager/Advisors);
Experience to operate in a very demanding operational environment where (s)he will be required to
operate many projects and tasks at the same time.

Required Competences:
Good written and verbal communication skills – being confident in dealing with Senior Operations Management,
Staff, Government and non-Government agencies & Contractors,
Ability to think logically, grasp problems quickly and arrive at equitable and professionally sound solutions
Ability to set own work/time management issues
Good decision making skills
Good knowledge of English, Russian and Kazakh
