Qualification & Experience Requirements:
The job holder must have degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and at least 6 - 8 years ’ experience in Oil and Gas Processing Plants.
The candidate experience should be broad (front end conceptual, FEED, Detail Design, De-bottlenecking and Operations) and include utilities and off-sites.
Knowledgeable in International engineering standards, best practices, and systems for material selection, design and fabrication of the equipment as well as for piping
Experience of Design, operating principle and specifications of static equipment and piping
Basic knowledge of welding and NDE principles
Significant experience in Contractors , vendors and Supplier’s follow-up (TBE, Change Management, Vendors alignment).
Experience in all aspects of Piping and Layout considerations for complex offshore and onshore facilities processing highly sour (H2S up to 23%) fluids.
Some familiarity of CIS codes and standards and design experience will be an advantage.
Candidate have worked for contractor and preferably in operating company environment.
Experience in preparing scopes of work and managing contractors work will be an advantage.
Advantageous Qualifications/Experience:
Previous experience on oil and gas project with high H2S processing would be an advantage.
Previous experience on high/ultra high pressure is considered as a strength point.

Job Accountabilities:
The job Holder will be responsible for the integrity through the Projects of the following systems:
o Flare and Relief systems
o Pressure vessels
o Storage tanks
o Static equipment engineering standards
o Piping and Valve systems
o Unfired and Fired Heat Transfer equipment
Defining Static equipment and associated systems requirements as well as piping systems.
Defining Piping & Layout requirements.
Preparing SOW and Basis of Design for contractors and monitoring progress and preparation of deliverables.
Review deliverables produced by Engineering & Procurement Contractors.
Define and evaluate DS, TBE, requisitions relevant to piping materials and equipment.
Defining and coordination interfaces with EP Facilities and new installations, optimizing installation and construction schedule, as well as minimizing cost and safety risks.
Writing and/or providing technical input into feasibility studies, functional specifications, and Basis of Design for production and processing facilities.
Participating in process safety reviews activities.
Contributing to a database of size, weight, cost and delivery time of major equipment and packages associated with offshore and onshore facilities.
Reviewing and keeping updated, the project Basis of Design/ Statement of Requirements for the relevant discipline, including collation and analysis of relevant data of Company.
To ensure that all opportunities offered by introduction of new technologies are pursued and evaluated.
To ensure that lessons learned from operations and activities performed and all experience gained in the relevant discipline is valued and capitalized.
Participate in HAZOPS, SIL, Risk Assessments and other safety reviews.
Develop, review and improve Company specifications/standards for mechanical static equipment.
