Requirements:

 Technical diploma/certificate or equivalent;
 Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role;
 Knowledge and experience of catering and housekeeping services and the ability to establish appropriate;
performance standards or key performance indicators.


Required Competences:
 Good English & Russian communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to write effective reports. Kazakh Language is advantageous.
 Ability to work under minimum supervision, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment essential.
 Capability to supervise and coordinate services companies.
 Ability to work in team environments, communicates, understand and operate within the dynamics of a multi - functional and multi-location environment.
 Good knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, etc.).
 Good knowledge of SAP.
 Ability to use AutoCAD.
 Competence in the preparation and management of documentation.
 Knowledge of sanitary / hygiene RoK rules / standards would be beneficial.
 Ability to work under pressure.
 Good knowledge and understanding of international, corporate and local HSE and Quality standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

 Supporting the Services Supervisor on a day-to-day basis in overseeing housekeeping, domestic maintenance and other works which covers areas of responsibility.
 Coordinating and interfacing with Housekeeping and Domestic Maintenance Contractors, engineers and technicians, during the execution of housekeeping and maintenance activities, ensuring the quality, time and cost control of the works are according to the contract requirements, and in compliance with specifications and
standards established.
 Organising and conducting inspections and checks of offices, accommodation and of the buildings and facilities which FM is responsible for maintaining, in order to identify the areas requiring housekeeping or domestic maintenance services and to ensure that all services are delivered to the required standards, identify the areas of improvement and follow up findings closure.
 Arranging and providing the ad-hoc refurbishment, clean and repair where needed within those buildings and facilities;
 Regular informal visual checks of office premises and auxiliary facilities) i.e. storages) on quality and standards, ensuring that reports faults/problems are dealt with expeditiously in accordance with required standards .
 Ensuring that sufficient spares and consumables are kept in stock to enable routine housekeeping and domestic maintenance to be carried out as and when required.
 Maintaining of full inventory of EW facilities / equipment, office furniture, accommodation furniture and ensure all facilities / equipment fully correspond to the list. Put on assets and signing off follow up process. Inventory
control and update of all office furniture location, office equipment and keeping inventory updated .
 Responsible for monitor/control the stationary, refreshments and furniture stocks.
 Preparation of SRs for different type of works and equipment, filling in and tracking in SAP.
 Prepare requisition for provision and supplying of stationery, refreshment and furniture.
 Assistance in compiling and producing daily/ weekly reports and meal reports.
 Follow up and full support for office allocation, control and movement of work station of personnel when required, timely update of seating plan and layout using AutoCAD software and technical drawings.
 Support Services Supervisor during the arrangements of special events according to contract terms.
