Responsibilities:

·         Internal communications.

a)     To help promote internal communications processes within the Company;

b)     To ensure that personnel across  the Company locations are well informed about the policies, procedures and activities of the Company;

c)     To be a key team’s contributor in preparation, together with the IC team and managers/internal stakeholders, of targeted internal communication campaigns;

d)     To contribute in organizing dedicated Company-wide events including Town Hall Meetings, corporate events etc.

e)     To provide input in choosing  and development of appropriate communications channels, such as town hall meetings,  Intranet communications, presentations, printed announcements/posters/leaflets, email communications, etc., validating messages to be transmitted;

f)      To coordinate information displayed on notice boards and electronic display monitors across all offices;

g)     To provide timely material for the internal newsletter and the company intranet to ensure that they meet the information needs of all department, lead the weekly bulletin preparation;

h)     To provide quality writing for internal news channels, in particular: to prepare, edit, review and proof-read articles;

i)      To provide feedback to the Head of Communications and the rest of the team from the personnel.

·         Developing and updating materials for external audiences and speechwriting.

a)     Develop and regularly update materials for Company’s external publications (Sustainability Reports, brochures, leaflets, posters, etc.) and events (exhibition stands, banners, etc.) and obtain necessary internal approval.

b)     Prepare speeches and texts for Company’s Management to be delivered during external events.

c)     Act as a focal point for translations of material into and from English, Kazakh and Russian.

·         Kashagan Information Centre (KIC) in Atyrau Training Centre.

a)     Overall management of the activities of the Kashagan Information Centre;

b)     Work with ATC staff, involved internal teams (FM, IT/IM, etc.) and third parties on coordinating the visits and other events in KEC;

c)     Update content of the museum;

d)     Conduct tours in KIC in case of VIP, external and internal visits;

e)     Administer contractual relations within the development and maintenance of the content of KEC;

Functionally responsible to Line and Support Directorates for the delivery of consistent internal relations standards.

·         Required to interact with Legal team, Communication Advisor and Media Relations Coordinator for compliance with PSA / JOA information sharing requirements.

·         Coordinates with all Directorates to regular update key-messages, information displayed on notice boards and other internal publications.

Level II:

·         Under supervision, performs work that is varied and that may be somewhat difficult in character, but usually involves limited responsibilities.

·         Some evaluation, originality or ingenuity is required.

Requirements:

Level II:

·         University-level degree in related field.

·         Minimum 3  years internal communications, corporate communications, journalism or related experience;

·         Experience with multimedia software packages (coordination of content and design, SharePoint, etc.);

Experience in communications or public relations
