Requirements:

The job holder must have:
 Degree level qualification in Financial institution.
 Skill in Materials Management Warehouse System in SAP Blueprint MM and PM modules.
 Professional education and work experiences min 3 years in warehouse management in the Oil and gas related industry in onshore/ offshore contexts.
Required Competences:
 PC literacy and knowledge of MS Office suite of desktop applications, and related documentation and reporting skills.
 Multi-disciplinary team-working and networking, including working across cultures and communicating effectively in English.
 Good Analytical skills.
 Additional professional accreditation would be decided advantage.

Responsibilities:

 Will periodically generate a Stock Level Performance Report to review predetermined inventory metrics and identify any potential stocking level changes.
 Be the contract holder for the stock checking contract.
 Develop a stock checking plan.
 Support internal and external auditors (from PSA and Financial Auditors) to carry out inventory audit.
 Develop ways of improving stock checking efficiency and accuracy.
 Recommend ways of improving stock accuracy.
 Obsolete and moribund stock analyses;
 Slow moving stock analyses and respective proposals implementation;
 Materials provisioning levels establishment in SAP system;
 Seek assistance from various part of the company to drive timely stock takes and assistance to warehousing personnel in materials shortages, overages and damage;
 Assistance to the end users in relation to stock planning optimization;
 Solve problems with Central Receiving on Overage, Shortage and Damaged items in PO.
 Work Closely with Material Accounting.
 Prepare reports for internal/external audits and work with them.
