Requirements:

 A bachelor's degree or a higher degree in electrical engineering or a similar field;
 At least 6-8 years of work in the profile, preferably in the field of designing offshore and onshore oil and gas projects; experience in the field of basic design, detailed design, commissioning and operation, including all aspects of engineering and technical support for electrical equipment. extensive experience on the site, as well as experience in the design organization;
 Experience in a similar position, especially in terms of managing and interacting with a contractor for a significant contract;
 Knowledge of the largest suppliers of electrical equipment;
 Experience with all major suppliers of electrical equipment and equipment for process plants;
 Extensive experience working with other functional areas (HVAC, civil engineering, technological processes, instrumentation, safety, rotating equipment, operation);
 Experience in the design and operation of facilities where high-sulfur environments are handled, with stringent requirements for the protection of health, labor, the environment and safety;
 Experience in large and complex projects is an advantage.
Required Competency:
 Good understanding of technical and safety issues when performing exploration and production operations;
 Proven experience in the preparation of technical documentation in accordance with the highest standards;
 Knowledge of English at a level that allows you to participate in technical meetings, write / respond to emails, understand and write technical documents;
 Ability to work in a team, determination, good personal skills, written communication skills and presentation skills;
 Creation of favorable conditions for working with subordinates and senior management;
 Ability to develop and propose innovative approaches;
 Analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking for the development of a new business unit;
 Self-confidence and ability to manage stress when solving critical issues;
 Proven skills in organizing work within technically complex projects with a large number of interactions;
 Ability to collaborate with local staff and to act as a mentor for such staff.

Responsibilities:

 Providing specialized technical knowledge and support in procurement, construction and commissioning with quality and cost control in accordance with contract requirements;
 Consideration of design documentation of Contractors related to the engineering and technical support of electrical equipment;
 Ensuring compliance of the project with the technical specifications of the Company, applicable norms and standards;
 Interaction with other leading specialists / managers in engineering areas for the proper and timely development of projects;
 Management and approval when making changes to the project on the site for reasons that arose during construction / installation;
 Approval of the Contractors' working draft and preparation of additional engineering and technical work programs at the site, as the case may be;
 Identification and evaluation of technologies and systems in order to implement improvements and facilitate design and operational suitability;
 Verification and management when planning the relationships between the packages of project documentation prepared by different Contractors;
 Ensuring timely execution of technical requests (TC), requests for rejection (ZO) and requests for work (ZVR) and their proper processing in the SIGEP system.
