Requirements:

 Higher Technical Education in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
 Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in a QC coordination role in the Oil and Gas Industry.
 Experience in operating electronic QC Monitoring systems.
 Experience in piping and pipeline fabrication and installation.
 Qualifications in Welding and NDT (CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or equivalent; ASNT/PCN or equivalent Level II in RT, UT, MPI, PT) would be an advantage.
 Qualifications in Coating (NACE/BGAS or equivalent) would be an advantage.
 Experience with Civil, Structural, Mechanical, E&I installation disciplines.
 Experience of working in RoK or Former Soviet Union projects would be an advantage.

 Good people management and leadership skills allied to a strong commercial awareness
 Good IT skills inputting data into information management system database.

Responsibilities:

•Coordination of the Company Onshore/Offshore/Office QC team.


•Managing Company Onshore/Offshore QC activities at Execution Contractor’s supplier sites overseeing ExecutionContractor’s QC activity performing direct intervention.


•Ensuring that Company QC coverage is sufficient and that the inspectors are of the required discipline and inpossession of valid qualifications related to the function performed.


•Reviewing Company Inspectors deliverables, analysing and resolving issues and problem emerging during theQuality Control activity. Ensuring that all Inspections and test witnessed by Company Inspectors are recorded anddocumented and that NDE reports are reviewed and signed as defined by the applicable ITP.


•Reviewing and approving Execution Contractors and Suppliers QC Documentation/Dossiers/MRBs for a structuredhandover to the next phase (Commissioning team or COMPANY Technical archive in Atyrau).


•Reviewing Execution Contractor’s QC contractual obligations.


•Reviewing Execution Contractor’s QCP/ ITP and procedures to verify if they comply with Execution Contractor’scontractual obligations.


•Reviewing Execution Contractor’s QC Organization to verify its adequacy and effectiveness to address all qualityissues.


•Reviewing records of internal and external Audits performed by the Execution Contractor.


•Advising Head of QC regarding the need for Company audits on the Execution Contractor and their Suppliers.


•Reviewing Execution Contractor’s Purchaser Orders to verify if the contractual QC requirements have been includedin the Purchase Orders.


•Reviewing Inspection and Test Plans to verify that Execution Contractor is performing all required inspections andwitnessing all required tests and add witness and hold points for Company inspection.


•Assessing adequacy and competence of Execution Contractor Quality Organization at the Construction, Installationand HUC sites to assure that the applicable quality standards are achieved.


•Verifying that Execution Contractors Quality Personnel are in possession of valid qualifications related to theproposed function and conducting interview for the Contractor key inspection/coordination personnel as necessary.


•Interaction with Company Technical Services team in resolving non-compliances in engineering / design by suppliers,manufacturers and execution contractors.


•Support Site/Project Manager with justifications and clarifications on quality engineering and control.
