Requirements:

Education
 Higher professional education or secondary professional education, special training in the prescribed program.
Experience
 Work experience profile of at least 3 years in the oil and gas industry.
Required Competences:
Technical:
 Knowledge in Engineering IM suite of applications (Livelink, Assai and EDW).
 Knowledge in EDMS and use of document references in Production applications.
 I&D Life Cycle & Quality Management: Knowledge.

Responsibilities:

 Workflow support and advice:
o Follows processes to work with Well Engineering documents and documentary information (meta-data) incl bulkloading. The IM Suite of applications primarily used includes ASSAI, Livelink, EDW/VTL and EDMS, IDWH, EMDB+, Operations Portal.
o Advises DD in optimising document management processes and in utilising systems containing document references.
o Advises DD document originators on document numbering, classification and correct meta data.
o Training - provide training to users to ensure productive and optimal use of existing and new systems.
 Preparation of document and data content for new EDMS.
o Participates in executing specific scope of document reclassification in preparation for new EDMS.
o Participates in the assurance of the content of reference information relating to documents.
o Participates in executing specific scope for rationalising DD shared drives.
