Requirements:

 Engineering degree.
 Not less than 5 years of field operations or maintenance experience, including turnaround.
 Proven hands on background in OR&A process including Completion implementation.
 Documented, hands on experience in Commissioning & start up.
 Assessed knowledge of Company facilities on and offshore.
Required Competences:
 An HSSE driven mindset, especially with regards to sour gas operations.
 Demonstrated field operations and maintenance knowledge.
 Skilled level of the OR&A process and deliverables, including P2A and Completion.
 Knowledge of production Operations business processes, tools, interfaces, responsibilities and key functions.
 Knowledge of Operations and Asset integrity standards.
 Self-starter with a proven track record for delivery.
 Good communication skills, fluency in spoken and written English including technical English.
 Ability to work in multi-discipline/cultural team.
 Good problem solving and analytical skills.
 High degree of self-motivation capable of setting and delivering work scope against planned deadlines.
 Interpersonal skills.
 Resilient, flexible and adaptable.
 Result oriented, problem solving.
 Knowledge of the Project Management manual is a plus.

Responsibilities:

 Provide input into the development and follow up through implementation of the Project Operations Readiness & Assurance (OR&A) plan.
 Provide input into the development and follow up through implementation of the P2O (Project to Operations) handover procedure from Mechanical Completion all the way to RFSU/SoF.
 Act as main liaison between Project team and POD on anything related to OR&A/CSU during Project phase.
 Provide project specific Operations input into the review of engineering documents such as engineering drawings, concept study report, etc.
 Provide support and project specific operations input into Project activities including HAZOP’S, HAZID’S, QRA, RAM, 3D Model Workshops, SILs, FATs, SATs and operational reviews.
 Provide Operational input into Project design and construction events such as IPRs, pre-Feed/FEED, commissioning, etc,
 Provide input into the development of the operations & maintenance philosophy.
 Participate in the project evaluation reviews relevant to each project definition phase, including preparation of deliverables and follow-up of recommendations.
 Provide input into the development of the Completion, CSU philosophy/procedures, and plan and follow them through to implementation.
 Facilitate the Project assurance events like PSUR, PSSR/PSUA facilitate findings close out with key stakeholders.
 Participate in Operating Modes Assurance Review process (OMAR) and coordinate the close out of the identified actions.
 Focal point for collecting/keeping up to date the OR&A progress reporting tools/trackers against the agreed KPIs.
 Provide input into the development of OPEX estimation for project life cycle for a given concept.
 Mentor/Coach national staff to support DHK development program.
Level I:
 Usually works with minimum supervision, conferring with superior on unusual matters;
 Maybe assisted by entry/junior or Intermediate level personnel.
