Requirements:
Higher education
Minimum 2 years experience on a Commercial Security Environment
Military or police background is considered as a plus
Recognized security qualification is considered as a plus
Knowledge of security and assets protection in the oil and gas sphere
Experience and sound judgment in dealing with conflict situations
Required Competences:

Strong leadership skills together with excellent communication, influencing, negotiating and engagement skills
A sound working knowledge of security best practice and legislation affecting the security role

Fluent Kazakh and Russian languages
Intermediate written and verbal English language.
Good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
Administer the deployment of guards to protect company assets and to mitigate potential threats.
Generate a guard deployment plan that indicates guard positions, amounts of personnel allocated to each position and the daily rotation (day/night).
Maintained effective and efficient handovers between contractors shifts
Monitor guard parades to ensure the correct amount of guards are deployed per shift.
Inspect, test, control and monitor guard positions continually to ensure the quality and efficiency of guards.
Ensure security contractor personnel comply with the local regulations and company standards and procedures.
Initiate monthly meetings with guarding supervisors to ensure day to day operational requirements and updates are coordinated and implemented.
Ensure daily toolbox meetings before start of work to address related HSE matters and to confirm operational procedures.
Produce technical, physical, procedural and human security advice and assistance at all levels as required.
Ensure security training and induction as executed when as required.
Support the Incident Investigation Advisor when requested to do so.
Liaison with RoK Authorities when authorized and requested to do so.
Support the Operations Team Lead if required, by carrying out security assessments, audits and reviews to ensure that effective security measures are in place and operating and Company security procedures are being adhered to.
Job holder is obliged to report on any incident to the direct supervisor, line manager or as per the established SOP (standard operating procedures).
