Requirements:

•  Higher professional education (at least BS) and adequate qualification & construction experience in Oil & Gas industry.
•  Significant field experience gathered from different locations, minimum 6-8+ year’s relevant experience, including 5 years in a leading role on brown field construction projects.
•  Experience with Pipeline construction projects, including HDD execution method.
•  Passion for HSSE & demonstrated HSSE leadership and HSSE performance  delivery
•  Passion for competency development, mentoring and local content/nationalization.
•  Ideally incumbent must have worked for an (EPC) contractor in a field management capacity to fully understand the reality of project execution.
•  NOV experience is a must.
•  Commercial and contractual acumen: familiar with execution & contracting strategies and post award contract experience (contract management, claim mitigation negotiation, contract close out)
•  Experience of driving business improvement in projects
• Demonstrated skills in project management systems and intent based project assurance

Responsibilities:

•  HSSE leadership in managing HSSE performance of contractors and subcontractors involved in Bundle 1 Project. Ensure compliance with Project HSSE assurance requirements and audits in line with NDD project assurance processes
•  Accountable for delivering the Pipelines scope of the Bundle 1 project on time and within budget. The scope covers the installation of UHP pipelines from D-island to EPC2, and from EPC2 to EPC3 using the HDD method. Activities to be performed in CONOPs while production facilities are in operation.
•  Manage the Pipeline installation Contractors who is responsible for: Performing construction and installation engineering, including develop construction and installation procedures under CONOPS; Procurement and mobilization of all the necessary equipment; Training of the personnel in order to work under CONOPs;
• Procurement, storage and preservation of all necessary materials and consumables to complete the work; Site survey, preparation, fabrication and installation of temporary facilities as part of early works; Horizontal
• Directional Drilling & installation of casing pipe from Island EPC2 to EPC3 and EPC2 to island D ; Prefabrication welding, coating testing of 12.75" UHP Pipeline with possibility to double/triple joints onshore; depending on Contractor plans; Set up UHP pipeline installation frames and welding spreads; EPC2 - EPC3 (2.1km) - Welding, coating testing and installation of 12.75inch OD internally clad (Carbon Steel L450,
• WT40mm, plus 3mm 625 Alloy) Ultra High Pressure (UHP) Raw Gas Injection (RGI) pipeline; Island D- EPC2
• (2.4km) - Welding, coating testing and installation of 12.75inch OD internally lined (Carbon Steel L450,
• WT40mm,plus 3mm 625 Alloy) Ultra High Pressure (UHP) Raw Gas Injection (RGI) pipeline Installation and testing of pipeline anchors; Gauging, hydrotesting de watering and drying of completed pipeline from Island D to EPC2 and EPC2 to EPC3;
•  Establish relationships with Contractor leadership in order to create the environment where contractors deliver HSSE, quality, cost and production performance.
•  Implement the overall Project Execution Plan and associated assurance activities to ensure that project execution and delivery will progress smoothly, and controlled, during DEFINE and EXECUTE phase.
