Requirements:
Appropriate education from a certified Technical School, College or University OR other appropriate life Skills to offset Education requirements.
Good Knowledge of identifying simple electrical fault finding.
Knowledge High and Low Voltage switching operations and Over-Head Lines is preferable, but not mandatory.
Good Knowledge/awareness Ex inspection and maintenance procedures.
Knowledge /awareness of CMMS and Computer literate.
Good computer use skills.
Technician II
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Industry and a minimum practical 6-12 months experience as.
Technician II
Proven knowledge and basic skills in general plant maintenance.
Knowledge of work with spare parts arrangement for electrical equipment;
Good Knowledge Electrical Work Certificates for different types of Electrical work;
Good Knowledge of reading and working with Electrical Technical Documents.
Good knowledge of Safety and Execution procedures to carry out safe maintenance of electrical equipment.
Good communication skills in Kazakh, Russian.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to make presentations and write effective reports.
Basic/normal in both spoken and written English;
Team player with proactive approach to the decision making process.
Ability to work in team environments, communicate, understand and work within the dynamics of a multifunctional, multi-cultural and multi-location environment.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
HSE mindset and strong commitment to safety.
Very good knowledge of Company Golden Rules.
Responsibilities:
Carry out assigned routine, preventative and breakdown Electrical maintenance activities according to the relevant Company and Statutory safety requirements are adhered to in all Maintenance activities with minimum supervision;
Acting as Performing Authority.
Perform and provide TOOLBOX TALK for personnel before work start.
Completion of work following of MIE process, manage CMMS dedicated part.
Completion and submitting of necessary reports and documents regarding Electrical maintenance;
Ensure work permits are completed accurately with adequate risk assessment and that all safety precautions are followed prior to any work intervention on the facilities;
Perform the preparation and follow up of the preservation program;
Assist, as required, in emergency response situations that may arise on the plant;
Promote and assure the continuous improvement of the maintenance process following the field feedback;
Give support to work preparation, planning and scheduling activities, including Campaign Maintenance;
To develop his technically accountability for Electrical systems under his area of responsibility;
Ensuring the correct level of electrical isolation is implemented on high and low voltage systems;
To have knowledge of Ex standards.
Pass the timely ROK training, and other trainings related to his/her work.
To have a safety attitude accepted in our project.
