Requirements:
· Professional with 10-15 year managerial experience in international Oil & Gas Maintenance.
· Personal knowledge of best practices and technologies and a track record in applying these.
· Preference for individuals also having Operations experience.
· Experience in leading and implementing significant change, including stakeholder management.
Required Competences:
· Deep understanding of the workflows linking the relevant technical disciplines.
· Proven ability to lead and inspire dispersed multi-cultural communities.
· Strong influencing skills and the ability to forge relationships at senior levels.
· Proven track-record in developing people.
Responsibilities:
· Sets the maintenance strategy and specifies preventative and corrective maintenance processes using methodologies based on Risk and Reliability Management principles such as ME/MEC consistent with CMS expectations.
· Provide Management support to Maintenance Excellence Manager to drive excellence in Maintenance planning, execution, budgeting, staffing, and continuous improvement.
· Defines, with input from Operations, Inspection and Regulatory Compliance, and owns the annual Maintenance plans, including resource needs (budgets allocated from Operations, contracts, staffing).
· Executes, in close collaboration with Operations, these Maintenance plans safely within the agreed budget, schedule and quality. Manages the contractors that execute these activities. Conducts maintenance QA/QC programs.
· Demonstrates Safety Leadership both in personal safety and in process safety.
· Identifies and implements equipment reliability improvements, in close collaboration with (Process) Engineering and Inspection.
· Establishes and sustains systems to keep records for maintenance of equipment.
· Is contract owner for all major maintenance contracts.
· Directs and guides the competence development program for maintenance staff, and acts as skill pool manager. Defines and implements resourcing strategies. As such drives profound nationalization demands.
Management Responsibilities ( if applicable):
· Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, conduct mid-year reviews and annual performance appraisals;
· Delivers nationalization targets in context of a young and inexperienced local workforce
· Provide Leadership, coaching and mentoring to subordinate group.
