Requirements:

·         Relevant University education.

·         Minimum 6-8 years of experience in TA, maintenance, wells or operations with experience in work processes, for instance MIE, reliability centered maintenance.

·         Has experience with Management of Change process, budgeting, significant contract management and procurement management.

Required Competences:

·         Good communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to make presentations and write effective reports.

·         Ability to work in team environments-communicate, understand and work within the dynamics of a multi-functional and multi-location environment.

·         Team and self-motivation skills.

·         Auditing skill can be learned, but incumbent will need to have the potential to learn competencies to find weaknesses and a credible partner talking to senior management of contractors to get mitigations agreed and implemented.

·         Proven leadership, communication, coaching and facilitating capabilities.

·         Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

·         Strong team player.

·         Working knowledge of Project Engineering planning & execution methods

Working knowledge of Well Servicing planning & execution methods.

Responsibilities:

Quality management.

·         Responsible for role out and implementation of TA quality framework.

·         Provide guidance to T/A preparation team on how to include quality element in the preparation work; and to that purpose organize, measure and deliver.

·         Tracks quality kpi’s provided by field/contractor reports.

·         Works with procurement team to track materials vendors QA/QC performance.

·         Coordinate between TA Execution teams, project, contractors and inspection/maintenance engineering technical authorities regarding integrity matters during execution, key focus area is discovery scope repair work is fit for purpose.

·         Implement quality improvement program including (but not limited to).

·         Work scope optimizations / quality risk based challenges.

·         Schedule risk related quality aspects review.

·         Estimate reviews and quality challenges.

·         QA/QC on materials in good inspections.

TA assurance:

·         Support, coordinate and Deliver the overall TA  QA/QC program with venture/COV.

·         Responsible for assurance reviews/audits of contractor quality systems.

·         Supports continuous site improvements with identification of weakness and improvements.

·         Determine critical elements and prioritize recommendations.

·         Leads and extracts deeper learnings from assurance reviews.

·         Leverages with peer groups in COV’s.
