Requirements:
· Engineering degree or similar certification.
· Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
· Track record as a senior manager or superintendent within and Oil and gas operation.
· Knowledge of local and international codes and regulations regarding plant operation activities.
· Computer literate.
· Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:
· Manage a team responsible for and take ownership and accountability for the SPO program implementation and sustainment. Drive consistency of approach across assets and Operational excellence through this process.
· Serve as main Operations interface for technical issue resolution and prioritization of technical resources.
· Attends weekly MOC meetings and is decision maker for eMOC screening and prioritization.
· Ensure robust production surveillance activities take place to manage all 3 value streams (oil, gas & Sulfur).
· Develop and sustain a cost reporting and optimization structure and update Production Manager on a frequent basis.
· Ensure delivery of production targets by ensuring successful integration between operations, maintenance, engineering, well services, logistics, and projects.
· Main interface and decision maker for IAP VST and ST IPPs Operational inputs.
· Work with Competency Assurance team to track and optimize Operations competence development and assurance.
· Work with relevant stakeholders and information owners to develop responses (review with Production Manager prior to release) to all requests (CoV, PSA, etc.) for information.
· Oversee, direct, and organize the work of teams.
· Proven performance and capability to operate independently in own discipline.
· Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
· Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals.
Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach, monitor and evaluate results.
