Requirements:
· Higher Degree / Diploma qualification in Technical Discipline.
· Professional with minimum 6-8 years of Operations/Maintenance experience in international Oil & Gas Operations.
· Deep understanding of the operational workflows and the links to Maintenance, HSE and relevant technical disciplines.
· Personal knowledge of best operational practices and a track record in applying these.
· Proven ability to lead and inspire dispersed multi-cultural communities.
· Proven ability to implement complex strategies.
· Proven leadership, communication, coaching and facilitating capabilities.

Required Competences:

Responsibilities:
· Act as Safety Leader to ensure planning and execution is done to minimize personnel and process safety risk.
· Lead effort to produce an optimized duration TOST and BIST plan incorporating Mechanical phase activities to ensure critical path work fronts are made available as soon as possible.
· Lead effort to prepare a scope overview on P&ID’s and area layouts and lead review sessions to optimize the turnaround duration/cost including scope challenge sessions/exercises.
· Ensure quality of all ICC’s prepared for the turnaround ensuring boundary isolation plans are fully optimized.
· Ensure that all TOST/BIST deliverables (including permits, ICCs, etc.) are met in line with the Turnaround road map.
· Prepare all tie-in points for the TOST and BIST including identification of temporary equipment tie in points for N2 spreads, temporary power supplies etc.
· Lead the JIM team and contractor to prepare flange break register (including tubing & fittings), leak test and purge packs.
· Chair monthly (and as TA approaches more frequent) engagement meetings with Onshoreteams to ensure all operations/maintenanceactions are logged and followed up.
· Regular engagements in the form of standing meeting with Offshore equivalent to ensure lessons learned, best practices, consistency of approach and integration across the two facilities is regularly communicated and implemented.
· Act as Operations liaison with Technical Authorities on matters related to Turnarounds.
· Ensure there is a clear Operations organizational structure for the turnaround, which includes the turnaround team.
· Ensure that a best in class HSE plan and Supervision are in place for the turnaround including communicating plan with Operations and optimal resource coordination.
· Ensure proper engagement withthe Operations Interface team to develop optimal SoF plan/structure well before start of the TA and preparePSSCs and SoF to confirm readiness of plant safe restart after TA campaign.
· Ensure mobilization of TOST/BIST equipment and resources in time to properly stage/test prior to execution.
· Develop tracking tool for and perform report outs during management meetings during TOST/BIST TA phases.
· Take lead on developing (in cooperation with Offshorecounterpart) the ramp down/up plan considering all activities that might impact the schedule/rates.
· Lead effort to implement TOST/BIST lessons learned from previous TAs and also compile lessons learned for TAs participated in.
Train, coach and develop Kazakh national staff.
