Requirements:

  • The job holder must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information / Communication Technology specialty
  • The job holder must have at least 7 years of experience in the IT area with at least 3-4 years of project management related activities in complex environments
  • The job holder must have proven experience in the application of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques with in-depth knowledge of at least one methodology. Knowledge of international standards, best practices, and frameworks (ISO 9000 / 21500, MSP, PMBOK, PRINCE2, COBIT, ITIL, etc.) is an asset.
  • Has good interpersonal skills and takes a methodical and systematic approach to work. Is able to communicate well in writing. Possesses good overall knowledge of quality skill.

Responsibilities:

IT & IM Project Management Office:

  • Develop, establish, manage, improve and enforce IT & IM Project Management framework adopting world-wide best practices and international standards where practical to control fulfilment of business requirements.
  • Ensure adequate project planning through the appropriate demand management processes and cost/benefits analysis practices
  • Govern alignment between IT & IM and Company Management frameworks.
  • Govern, maintain and promote the policies, standards and procedures for IT & IM Project Management process. Ensure process is fit for purpose, designed and locally valid. Monitor process performance and define and implement the necessary improvement measures.
  • Ensure sustainable and auditable process documentation.
  • Supervise and oversee end-to-end IT & IM Project Management process.
  • Support project managers in project delivery from the investment portfolio in alignment with IT & IM strategy and in a controlled way.
  • Evaluate the value and quality of IT & IM project deliverables to monitor and control realization of business benefits. Recommend changes where necessary.
  • Coordinate projects compliance checks and audits.
  • Govern project management awareness, communication, monitoring and reporting.
