Requirements:
University degree in petroleum, mechanical or chemical Engineering, or Business Administration
Operations professional with >15 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry, of which >5 years in a management position.
Demonstrated effectiveness in leading cross-functional teams and driving change, with ability to influence outcomes, gain stakeholder support and deliver results.
Be able to perform under extreme time pressure in a challenging, stressful environment.
Excellent team player, competent to lead or participate in complex studies or processes with other disciplines.
A thorough understanding of the POD business processes, including integrity management and HSE, hydrocarbon producing treatment delivery and sales process.
Skilled in Change Management.
Responsibilities:
Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
Drive through influencing the implementation of optimum work processes and systems across the Production Operations (POD) organisation (‘excellence in execution of CMS processes and procedures’).
Provide consistent Leadership and Guidance to the POD organisation, support shaping focused and responsive teams that deliver safe and effective performance in line with expectations of Shareholders and RoK Authorities.
Support the significant change agenda during the time of preparing for re-start, during re-start and during the following ramp-up.
Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals.
Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach, monitor and evaluate results.
