Requirements:
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
Not less 6 years of experience in oil and gas industry.
5+ years direct project services (i.e. Project Management, Project Controls, Planning & Reporting) work history,
Supervisory experience or Business Services Lead experience on a large capital project
Capital Project assignment experience covering multiple project phases (concept, selection, definition, execution, handover to operations) and associated milestones
Knowledgeable of capital project management framework, key work processes and best practices
Past assignments and demonstrated proficiency in several project management skill areas (e.g. project management, project controls, execution planning, cost estimating, planning & scheduling)
Experience or significant interface opportunities with Contracting & Procurement, Finance-Controllers, Development Planning
Experience in reviewing, commenting, developing and communicating related documentation and training materials i.e. processes and procedures, method statements, plans, and training materials etc.
Advantageous Qualifications and Experience
More than 10 years of experience in working for major Oil and Gas Company and/or a contractor providing services to one.
More than 7 years of experience in Planning and Reporting, Project Management and Project Control.
Advanced degrees in above specified areas and/or closely related field.

Responsibilities:
Promote the efficient execution of projects within NDD by facilitating effective communication between management and projects through Project Controls and Reporting activities and oversight responsibilities.
Serve as a champion for Capital Efficiency, working with the project teams and NDD management to optimize project costs while optimizing schedule to achieve project objectives.
Use critical thinking to influence project outcomes and improve predictability / certainty
Responsible to lead, coach, mentor, assess performance of, and develop personnel assigned to the NDD Project Controls and Reporting team.
Custodian of Project Control Standard Procedures / Project Control Plans
Deliver consistent and appropriate control structures for the portfolio of projects
Roll-out the Company standard tools and processes, as appropriate for each project's life cycle development & execution phase.
Co-ordinate monitoring of Project Change Process for all NDD projects, including robust, consistently applied, and well documented Management of Change process.
Coordinate activities between Project Controls, Project Cost, Project Contracting, and Project Planning & Schedule Teams to monitor impact of project changes/revisions against project objectives.
Identify and communicate potential problem areas (and areas for opportunity for improvements) to Management, while proposing potential solutions.
Lead the simplification, standardization (including adaptation and implementation of Company Key Project Information and Reporting tool), and preparation of monthly and other periodic project stewardship reports for management. Co-ordinate their incorporation into the consolidated Company regular reports.
Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of monitoring, planning and reporting methodologies and procedures throughout all NDD projects.
