Requirements:
- Relevant degree (BSc);
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project services/controls plus associated areas of activity such as procurement and risk management; planning,
- Experience in tender preparation tender evaluation
- Work experience in part of or entire project life cycle, within oil and gas or marine industries;
- Scheduled progress and budget reporting
- Additional requirements seen as advantages
- Exposure to schedule driven projects
- Hands-on experience in managing contractor performance
- Application of Construction Productivity improvement practices (e.g. hands-on-tools measurements)
- Project management discipline including risk management and maintenance of the project risk register, scheduling, costing, change management and assurance.
- Project planning, organization and control of engineering phases execution in accordance with established company standards and procedures, as well as the RoK laws compliance
- Primavera, MS Project planning software knowledge required
- AutoCAD software knowledge beneficial
- General project coordination and communication within the departments and contractors, sub-contractors
- Project budget and schedule adherence along with robust implementation of PCN
- Development of Project Execution Plans and CTR cost estimates
- Provision of high quality project control and assurance weekly and monthly status reports
- Key milestone progress reporting with all stakeholders of the project
- Project close out, lessons learned and as-built deliverables
- Early Concept Development, FEED, detailed design and construction/commissioning phases of the project life cycle
- Establishment of project KPIs towards project effectiveness including project essentials (schedule, cost, deliverables, reporting)
- Engagement with NGOs, round table meetings and public hearing sessions
- HAZID/HAZOP/PHA technical and marine compliance engagements
- Commitment to HSSE
- Marine related knowledge beneficial
- Kashagan experience essential
- Prior experience working for Company beneficial
- Ability to establish relationships with key players to maintain alignment of expectations
- Experience with working within multicultural and multi discipline teams
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Russian and Kazakh languages
- Strong experience in project execution strategies and plans development

Responsibilities:
- Provision of high quality project control and assurance support
- Project risk management updates and tracking
- Maintaining project risk register
- Project planning, progress tracking, scheduling and cost management

Project management scope:
- Develop reporting tools to share key milestone progress with all stakeholders
- Liaison throughout Company, with various departmental focal points for subject project execution
- Updating the project control procedures and project control plans when required and in Liaison with the Lead Project Control Engineer/Marine Vehicles Team Lead
- Deliver consistent and appropriate control structures for the ACV projects as they develop
- Assist in peer reviews and other assurance events
- Provide support and guidance in applying probabilistic techniques to the project
