• Principles of international oil field best practices in safety management.
• RoK Legislation in area of Safety and Labour Protection.

Necessary skills:

• Mentoring skills to couch and counsel staff in their professional development.
• Presentation, negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Report writing, strong verbal and written Russian and English communication skills.
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications and other basic office software packages.
