Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct development planning studies, including pre-concept and concept selection for future Kashagan development phases;
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Geosciences, Drilling, Economics, Engineering, and other departments;
• Support the planning and execution of key development studies, ensuring timely delivery and technical quality;
• Coordinate external engineering consultants and technical support activities;
• Prepare development plans, support approval processes, and facilitate the handover of approved plans for implementation;
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and study documentation for management and key stakeholders.

Qualification Requirements:

• MSc degree or equivalent (5-year education) in Engineering or a subsurface-related discipline;
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Oil & Gas engineering and field development;
• At least 5 years of experience in subsurface, drilling, projects, or operations is highly desirable;
• Previous experience with projects in Kazakhstan and/or the Caspian region is highly desirable;
• Strong knowledge of reservoir appraisal, field development, project planning, budgeting, and approval processes;
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
