Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements the condition monitoring strategy and preventive maintenance (PM) procedures;
• Defines and continuously enhances predictive and proactive condition-based monitoring (CBM) systems;
• Proposes and implements new CBM technologies and best industry practices;
• Ensures integration of condition monitoring processes into Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities;
• Acts as the subject matter expert for condition monitoring systems across all Company assets.

Qualification requirements: 

• Mechanical engineering degree or relevant engineering, with 3 years experience in either engineering / maintenance/ operation background in Oil and Gas Industry or Mining industry;
• Basic knowledge in high speed complex rotating equipment and their maintenance techniques / strategies, repairs, diagnostics and fault analysis. (Multistage steam turbines, Gas Turbines, Centrifugal pumps, motors, gearboxes, turbo compressors, screw compressors, Extruders, Reciprocating Compressors );
• Basic understanding in vibration data collection/analysis, lube oil analysis and Bently Nevada Systems;
• Familiar in various conditions monitoring techniques and process;
• Understand various failure modes and troubleshooting procedures; root cause analysis (RCA) and able to assist resolve engineering problems with supervision;
• English language: Intermediate (B1) — mandatory.
