Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-award contract activities, including procurement and tender documentation, contract value estimation, market benchmarking and commercial evaluation;
• Manage post-award contract administration, including contractor mobilization, contractual compliance, KPIs, reporting and vendor performance;
• Manage contract changes, including Amendments, Variation Orders and supporting commercial documentation;
• Support claims and dispute management, contractual notices, non-compliances, penalties and timely resolution of contractual issues;
• Coordinate contract cost control, invoices, accruals and payments, as well as PR/PO and SAP-related processes;
• Lead contract close-out activities, ensuring full reconciliation, completeness of documentation and contractor performance evaluation.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Legal, Economics, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration; a relevant Master's degree will be considered an advantage;
• CIPS Level 5 or an equivalent professional qualification is a minimum requirement; MCIPS / Level 6, MBA or similar qualification will be an advantage;
• 7–9 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas upstream offshore and/or onshore operations and projects;
• 7–9 years of professional Supply Chain / Procurement and Contracts experience, covering both pre-award and post-award activities;
• Proven experience managing complex contract packages valued at over USD 200 million within major Oil & Gas Upstream projects;
• Strong knowledge of procurement policies, contract management, vendor management and SAP; English proficiency must be at least Upper-Intermediate.
