Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-award activities, including contracting strategies, tender packages, RFQs, scope reviews and approval submissions;
• Oversee post-award contract management, contractor performance, contractual KPIs, costs and execution reporting;
• Manage claims, disputes, non-compliance matters, variation orders, amendments and contract close-out;
• Ensure compliance with Company procedures, procurement policies, contractual requirements, HSSE standards and business ethics;
• Coordinate contractual matters with Finance, Legal, HSSE, Audit, Local Content and project stakeholders;
• Lead, mentor and develop the Contracts Management team and promote continuous improvement.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration; a relevant Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage;
• MCIPS qualification at Level 6, according to the CIPS professional register, or an equivalent certification;
• 9–11 years of relevant experience in upstream oil and gas offshore/onshore operations and major projects;
• 9–11 years of professional procurement and supply chain experience covering both pre-award and post-award activities;
• Proven experience managing complex contract packages valued at more than USD 150 million;
• Strong knowledge of procurement policies, planning, KPI reporting and vendor management; English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
