Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the technical integrity and reliability of rotating equipment throughout its lifecycle;
  • Monitor the performance of compressors, pumps, gas and steam turbines, and engines;
  • Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, RBI, FMEA, and incident investigations;
  • Provide engineering support for operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and turnarounds;
  • Manage spare parts requirements, SAP requisitions, and maintenance cost optimization;
  • Support design, construction, commissioning, testing, and asset handover activities;
  • Prepare work scopes and review engineering documentation for rotating equipment projects;
  • Apply engineering standards and support project execution across all FEL stages;
  • Coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams;
  • Transfer technical knowledge and mentor national personnel;
  • Visit onshore and offshore facilities to support equipment reliability and problem-solving;
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, reliability, quality, and cost efficiency.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Experience with rotating equipment vendors, contractors, or within the process industry;
  • Experience in oil & gas, refinery, chemical, or petrochemical facilities;
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering, maintenance, or operations experience in the oil & gas industry;
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
